HealthWise Family Chiropractic believes that chiropractic care should be affordable for everyone. While most major medical plans cover chiropractic care for acute episodes, they do not cover regular maintenance care, which is just as important!

Our doctors are participating providers for most major medical insurances. We also accept open automobile and workers' compensation insurance claims.

For those not using insurance, we have affordable options available, including our Vitality Club!

For just $75 per month*, Vitality Club Members enjoy:

• Two adjustments
• Two therapies (electrical muscle stimulation or massage chair)
• $10 off individual cupping sessions
• $5 off individual WellWave treatments
• A free gift during the month of your birthday

• Discounts on additional adjustments and therapies

Kids need regular care too! Insurance is even more limited when it comes to what they will cover when it comes to kids.

For just $35 per month*, kids 12 and under enjoy:

• Two adjustments per month
• A gift during the month of their birthday
• Discounts on additional adjustments

Want to maintain regular care, but not twice a month? Our Basic Plan is perfect for you!

For just $45 per month*, Basic Plan Members enjoy:

• One adjustment per month and one therapy per month
• $5 off individual cupping sessions
• Discounts on additional adjustments and therapies

For just $25 per month*, kids 12 and under enjoy:

• One adjustment per month
• Discounts on additional adjustments
