Start with arms hanging loosely at your sides. Gently roll your shoulders forward, creating as big of a range of motion as possible. Now repeat moving shoulders backwards. Do 10 forward and 10 backwards.
With arms at side and shoulders relaxed lean head to one side and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on other side.
Place nose toward armpit and gently pull head forward until you feel the stretch. Hold for 30 seconds, repeat on other side.
